Our Famous Caesar Salad

The origins of the caesar salad remains somewhat of a mystery with little historical proof of the creator. Restaurateur Caesar Cardini claims the title, but so do his workers, and a number of other people trying to claim some fame. There is no mystery, however, about why people love it: it’s creamy, it’s rich, it’s crisp, it has bite, and it’s delicious. There are very few people (if any) I know who do not like a caesar salad.
