Easy Linguini

We at Pasta Pantry know you can’t always be eating out and sadly, you sometimes have to eat at home or even do your own cooking! Well, that is why we asked our resident pasta expert and owner Nathan Satanove for a quick and easy recipe to make your own mouthwatering pasta.

Now you can have real food, real fresh, real fast without leaving the comfort of your own home.

Easy Linguini

To start, gather these ingredients before hand:

• 600 grams fresh PASTA PANTRY Linguini!
• Slice 4 Bell Peppers
• Slice 1 onion
• Crush 1 garlic clove
• 1 1/2 tbsp of Olive Oil
• Pinch of salt & pepper
• Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

And here are the directions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Heat a large skillet with the Olive Oil. Add salt to the water. It should taste like sea water.

Add onions & garlic sauté for 2 minutes • Add the sliced peppers – stir often.

Season with salt and pepper • Add Linguini to salted boiling water.

Please note, our Linguini cooks very fast!

Once the water comes back to a boil, your pasta is finished. It should feel firm, not crunchy, when you bite down with your front teeth.

Drain pasta and give it a quick rinse with cool water.

Add pasta to skillet tossing it gently to mix in vegetables.

Sprinkle on the Parmesan, break some bread and Buon Appetito!
