Everyday we make our pasta fresh, from scratch, and every day, the perfect Pasticcio is born and eaten!

A Pasticcio (sometimes spelled pastitsio or pastichio) is a baked pasta dish using a variety of different pasta cuts, sauces and cheeses.

Our Pasticcio uses a mixture of short pasta cuts, comes in three different homemade sauces (meat, hot italian sausage, and vegetarian) and is baked with kilos of Mozza, Parmigano, Pecorino Romano, Ricotta, and Asiago.

Choose a small Pasticcio plate for $9.95, or an all you can eat large for $12.95 with your choice of sauce. The Pasticcio can be made gluten free for those on a non-gluten diet.
