Wye School Carnival
Friday, June 1, 5 – 8pm
Wye School Grounds

This yearly event is stacked with tons of fun for the family, not to mention a great way to support the Fundraising Association for Wye School (FAWS). Expect exciting new inflatables, carnival games, magic, fortune telling, balloon twisting, face painting, petting zoo, DJ, photo booth, gaming theatre and pony rides! Check out Food Truck Alley and don’t miss the famous cake walk.

Located at Salisbury Greenhouse, Salisbury Farmers’ Market is your Strathcona County source for fresh, local foods, and quality arts and crafts. This year round market is always a great way to stock up on at-home pasta ingredients and local delights from the community!

This event features delicious food, craft market, plant sale and fun activities for families and kids of all ages!
- Pancake breakfast 6:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. (Fire Hall Station 3)
- Parade starts 11 a.m.
- Picnic activities starts 12 noon
- Live stage performances 12 noon – 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- Food trucks and evening adult social entertainment runs 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Canada Day Festival

Broadmoor Lake Park
This is one of our favourite events of the summer – take it all in!
- Headliner Julian Austin on the Imperial Stage at 9:30 p.m.
- Pancake breakfast supported by the Canadian Progress Club from 9 a.m. – 12 noon
- Farmers market, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- FREE interactive activities and crafts
- Sports Zone with football toss and backyard games
- Commemorative celebration with the Military
- Spectacular fireworks show at 11 p.m.
