Pasta Pantry’s version of the Mac and Cheese is baked like a casserole in the oven and uses a perfect mixture of four high end cheeses: Grana Padano Parmigiano, Pecorino Romano, Ricotta, and Asiago. If there’s a cheese heaven, you’re already in it.
The pasta cut Pasta Pantry uses is Cavatappi. It is italian for “cork screw” and is just as the name describes. Fun fact: it is sometimes referred to as scoobi doo pasta.
