Take-and-Bake Trays
Pick up a fresh pasta tray, take it home, and bake it when you’re ready. Our Pasticcio is our most popular tray, loaded with five cheeses and your choice of meat, vegetarian, or hot Italian sausage sauce. Add a salad tray, garlic bread, and Tiramisu and you’ve got a full dinner without touching a single pot. Gluten-free pasta available on request.
Full Event Catering
We cater weddings, corporate lunches, grad parties, holiday gatherings, and everything in between — delivering to Sherwood Park, Edmonton, and surrounding areas. Just give us 48 hours notice and we’ll handle the rest.

Pasta Trays
Pasticcio Tray
Our signature version of lasagna is made with a mixture of short pasta cuts, one of three tomato sauces (meat, vegetarian, or Italian sausage) and kilos of mozzarella, Parmigiano, Pecorino Romano, ricotta, and asiago. Gluten-free pasta can be substituted.
Tuscan Chicken Add-On
Add Tuscan chicken to your baked pasta tray. * If you would like Tuscan chicken with your fresh pasta tray, it is offered per piece from our entree menu.
Pasta + Sauce Tray
Choose from a variety of pasta cuts. The 6–10 serving comes with two 32oz sauces of your choice and 8oz of Parmesan, and the 15–20 serving comes with four 32oz sauces and 12oz of Parmesan. A 12oz pesto can be substituted for a 32oz sauce. Gluten free options available.
Baked Penne Alfredo Tray
Your choice of white or whole wheat penne, smothered in Alfredo sauce and baked with mozzarella and Parmigiano. Ask about adding Tuscan grilled chicken to your Penne Alfredo tray.
Mac + Cheese Tray
Who says mac and cheese is just for kids? We use the perfect mixture of heavy cream and four high-end cheeses (Parmigiano, Pecorino Romano, ricotta, and asiago) for a rich, satisfying dish. Gluten-free pasta can be substituted.

Tuscan Grilled Chicken
Cast-iron grilled chicken breast marinated in our house-made Italian dressing. Gluten free.
Meatballs
75% Alberta beef, 25% Alberta pork, and 100% deliciousness, hand-rolled and spiced to perfection before getting dunked in sauce.
Oven-Roasted Italian Sausage
Our spicy Italian sausage is roasted with garlic and bell peppers in our homemade tomato sauce.
Chicken Parmigiana
Fresh, savoury, oven-baked chicken breast smothered with tomato sauce, Parmigiano, mozzarella, and Italian herbs.
Salads
Caesar Salad
Fresh romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmigiano, and our homemade garlic Caesar dressing. Lose the croutons to make it gluten friendly.
Tuscan Chicken Add-On
Add cold or hot Tuscan chicken to your salad for a little extra protein.
Italian Salad
Fresh romaine lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, purple cabbage, and our homemade creamy Italian dressing.

Chocolate Coconut Brownie
Our Chocolate Coconut Brownie is the ultimate combination of soft, fluffy chocolate and rich coconut shavings. Try to have just one, we dare you.
Tiramisu
Our Tiramisu is made with three layers of espresso-dipped ladyfingers, Italian mascarpone cream cheese, and cocoa.

Buns
White or whole wheat euro style buns. Need butter portions? add $2.50 per dozen.
Cheesy Garlic Bread
Add garlic bread to your pasta! It’s cheesy, garlicky, and big enough to share… if you have to.
