The Meaning Behind “Real Food, Real Fresh, Real Fast!”

Real Food, Real Fresh, Real Fast is more than just a motto at Pasta Pantry. You’ve probably seen our sign at our restaurant, but have you ever wondered what that actually means? We’ve broken it down into 3 parts (Real Food, Real Fresh, and Real Fast) to show you that this phrase is used for more than just decorative purposes.

Real Food

Are you a fan of bland, processed foods with little to no nutritional value? Neither are we. Our foods are made from the highest quality ingredients possible, like our Chicken Parmigiana and our Tuscan Grilled Chicken, both of which are made using chicken breasts that are fresh, organic, and free of any fillers and preservatives. We also go the extra mile with our Tomato Vegetable Soup and our Minestrone Soup, both of which contain practically every vegetable under the sun!

Although we understand that using these types of ingredients costs a bit more than going with conventional foods, we know how much of a difference it makes when it ends up on the most important place: your plate!

Real Fresh

We use fresh ingredients in everything we make because our approach to preparing and cooking meals revolves around giving you the best possible dish. Our pasta is made fresh daily using the finest durum semolina grown and milled here in Canada, while our sauces are also made fresh using the ingredients that are packed with health benefits.
